Chams Holding Company Plc, formerly Chams Plc, provides identity management, payment collections and transactional systems and solutions in Nigeria. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. It reports three segments: Identity Management and Solutions; Payments, Collections and Transactional Systems; and ICT Training. Its identity work covers prometrics and biometrics identification for financial, healthcare, corporate and public applications, the sale and maintenance of Dermalog machines, fingerprint scanners and BVN machines, and the design, printing and personalisation of card products. The company's product portfolio also includes Argone (retail sale of phones, laptops and accessories), PenCentral (pension remittance platform), PelPay payment platform, Naira.com, HR payroll solutions, VOTA (e-voting), I'm Alive (digital facial recognition), and Kegow (mobile money solution).

Subsidiaries are CardCentre Nigeria Limited for identity, payment and smart card manufacture; ChamsAccess Limited for ATM and multi-application terminal deployment; and ChamsSwitch Limited, licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide e-payment transaction processing. ChamsMobile Limited, an associate, is CBN-licensed for mobile money accounts supported by a nationwide agent network. A fifth subsidiary, ChamsCorp Plc, was created effective 1 February 2026 to focus on digital device manufacturing, digital infrastructure and services, data centre design and operations, and AI infrastructure. Mohammed Yunusa was appointed Chairman and Dr Olufemi Oyenuga was appointed Managing Director/CEO of ChamsCorp, effective 1 February 2026.

The Group CEO is Mayowa Olaniyan, with Ifeoma Obasanya as CFO and Kayode Akomolafe as COO. The board is chaired by Segun Olaniyi Oloketuyi. The company employed 253 people as at 2025. For FY2025, the company reported revenue of N17.65 billion, up 18.95%, with net income of N520.64 million. In August 2025, the company announced plans to raise N7.65 billion to fund strategic projects aligned with its ambition to lead Africa's digital payments and identity management markets.
