Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc is a non-operating holding company whose interests sit in subsidiaries providing general insurance, life assurance, health management organisation services and finance company business. It was incorporated in 2022 following a corporate restructuring, with the scheme of arrangement approved at a court-ordered meeting on 1 November 2022 and sanctioned by the Federal High Court on 12 July 2023. Hallmark Finance Company conducts consumer lending, lease financing and other finance company business, while CHI Capital offers local purchase order financing, consumer and auto lease, working capital financing, project financing and intermediation, and financial management consultancy. CHI Support Services provides corporate support to the group. The group employs 264 people, is headquartered in Lagos, and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification.
In 2024, the group recorded insurance revenue of N29.4 billion, up 87.3% from N15.7 billion in 2023, with after-tax profit surging 495% to N22.6 billion. The group is one of Nigeria's top ten general business and special risk insurers. Eddie Efekoha serves as Chief Executive Officer of the holding company, with Mary Adeyanju heading Consolidated Hallmark Insurance and Babatunde Daramola serving as Chief Financial Officer.
