First HoldCo Plc, formerly FBN Holdings Plc, is the holding company for First Bank of Nigeria Limited and its associated financial services businesses. The company was originally founded in 1894 as the Bank of British West Africa and was listed on the Nigerian Exchange on 1 January 1971. It rebranded from FBN Holdings Plc to First HoldCo Plc in February 2025.
