Transnational Corporation Plc is a Nigerian listed holding company with strategic investments in power, hospitality and energy. Incorporated in 2004 and headquartered in Lagos, the company is chaired by Tony Elumelu with Owen Omogiafo serving as Chief Executive Officer.

It reports five operating segments: Hospitality, Agro-allied, Power, Oil and Gas, and Corporate Centre. The Hospitality segment comprises Transcorp Hotels Plc together with Transcorp Hotels Calabar, Transcorp Hotels Ikoyi and Transcorp Hotels Port Harcourt, and includes the Transcorp Hilton Abuja and the Aura by Transcorp Hotels digital platform. The Power segment, held through Transcorp Power Plc and Transafam Power, operates thermal plants at Ughelli with 972 MW capacity and Afam with 966 MW capacity, together around 20% of Nigeria's installed generation capacity. Transcorp Power increased available capacity to 625MW, while TransAfam Power tripled peak generation capacity to 270MW. The energy business is managed by Transcorp Energy Limited and Transcorp OPL 281 Nigeria Limited.

Group revenue for the nine months to Q3 2025 rose 39% to N413.4 billion from N297.7 billion. For the full year 2025, revenue grew 33% to N544 billion, with profit before tax up 31% to N179.5 billion and profit after tax up 44% to N135.9 billion. Total assets crossed the N1 trillion mark for the first time, reaching N1.002 trillion.
