ABC Transport Plc provides road transportation and logistics in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. Its passenger business runs in three segments: coach operations using luxury buses for long distance service, sprinter operations using midi buses for long distance service, and shuttle services using mini buses for shorter distances, alongside bus charter. Haulage services provide dedicated logistics support to Lafarge Africa Plc. Cargo and courier operations run through ABC Cargo Express Limited, offering warehousing and delivery to corporate clients and the public. The group also operates City Transit Inn, a 114-room budget hotel in Abuja, and Transit Support Services Limited, its manufacturing and trading arm covering vehicle spares and heavy duty truck assembly, plus a driver training academy that supplies drivers to the group and trains members of the public. For the year ended 31 December 2025 turnover grew 29% to N16.31 billion, consolidated gross profit rose 121% to N1.4 billion, and profit after tax rose 46% to N863.7 million.
