What Presco does

Presco Plc, incorporated on 24 September 1991 and listed on the Nigerian Exchange, develops oil palm plantations and processes the crop through milling, palm kernel crushing and vegetable oil refining. Its products are crude palm oil, refined bleached and deodorised palm oil, palm olein, palm stearin, palm fatty acid distillate, crude and refined palm kernel oil, and palm kernel cake. The group holds the Obaretin Estate of 6,387 hectares and the Ologbo Estate of 13,545 hectares in Edo State, and the Cowan Estate of 2,800 hectares in Delta State, totalling 26,459 hectares of oil palm plantations of which 22,658 are mature. Processing assets include a 90 tonne per hour palm oil mill, a 500 tonne per day refinery, a 500 tonne per day fractionation plant and a 350 tonne per day palm kernel crushing plant. Group revenue rose 59% to N330.64 billion for the year ended 31 December 2025. The company has acquired full ownership of Ghana Oil Palm Development Company and acquired Saro Oil Palm Limited.
