Zichis Agro Allied Industries Plc is an integrated agro-industrial business engaged in oil palm plantations, palm oil and kernel processing, vegetable oil refining, poultry and fish farming, animal feed production, and maize and cash crop farming. Its operations are concentrated in the South West of Nigeria, in Ogun State near Ijebu Ode, with 61 acres of oil palm plantation currently in production, 20,000 grower birds, 25,000 layers for egg production, and 22 large earthen ponds each stocked with over 2,000 catfish. The company also breeds snails and pigs for commercial purposes.
The company was incorporated on 12 April 2012 as Zichis Farms Limited and became a public company in May 2024. It listed 600 million units on the Growth Board of the Nigerian Exchange on 20 January 2026 at N1.81 per share, valuing the company at approximately N1.19 billion. For the year ended 31 December 2025, total revenue rose 134% to N675.6 million from N289.0 million, with profit after taxation of N328.1 million, a 478% increase on N56.7 million. Revenue breakdown by product: egg sales N226.7 million, palm produce N182.7 million, chicken N121.4 million, feed mill N108.7 million, and fish N35.8 million.
Following a strong debut, the company's shares were suspended on 23 February 2026 after surging over 800% from the listing price, triggering an NGX investigation into trading activity. Trading resumed on 23 March 2026. The company announced a one-for-one bonus issue, doubling shares from 600 million to 1.2 billion, alongside a 20 kobo dividend per share estimated at N120 million. For the first half of 2026, revenue surged 285.4% to N910.5 million, with profit before tax up 448.6% to N478.7 million and profit after tax up 543.1% to N457.0 million.
The company has announced a N50 billion growth vision with N2 billion fresh capital injection from promoters, and signed a deal to acquire 2,000 acres in Ogun State for oil palm expansion, with plans to expand poultry from 20,000 to 100,000 birds by end-2026. It has also initiated discussions with the Nigerian Institute for Oil Palm Research for high-yield seedlings and modern cultivation techniques.
